Services were generally widely available, although less so for TB and HIV. Within HIV, services were somewhat less available in the Southern and Northern regions, compared with the Western and Eastern regions. HIV services were more widely available in private health facilities than in public, although the number of private health facilities was small compared with government-run facilities. Notably, immunization services were somewhat less available in urban areas than in rural areas.
